The weekend is here! And I’m still feeling sick. But we’re spending some time with family at the cottage for Thanksgiving weekend, so I’m grateful for the break and the cooler weather up north!
Some days you just don’t want to get dressed. Some days you just want to pull on those sweatpants or yoga pants again. It’s ok to do that, SOMETIMES! Especially as a pregnant or sick momma :D Just don’t let it be all the time! It’s amazing how much jeans can make you feel better. So if you’re ready for a more relaxed weekend, don’t opt for the stretchy pants (cue Nacho Libre!). Pull on some jeans with a cute maternity t-shirt, and if it looks like it’s going to be cooler, grab a non-maternity button-down and a pair of slip on shoes so you’re ready for anything.
Can I just say for a moment what an amazing photographer my husband has been? A lot of these shots are SOOC (straight out of camera) and need very little adjustments (minus a few here and there for water stains – that belly gets in the way when washing dishes :D). He’s also been very patient with taking multiple pictures nearly every day, doing and saying all sorts of things to get me to smile more naturally. Let’s hear it for The Man!
