2 tsp sweet butter
1 tsp flour
1/4 cp low fat milk
1/4 cp chicken, cooked, and shredded
1/4 potato, baked and cubed (or sweet potato)
1 tbsp grated white cheddar cheese
Melt butter in a small pan over low heat.
Stir in flour and blend well, then add milk and stir until smooth.
Cook over low heat until begins to thicken, then add chicken and potatoes.
Stir for 2-3 minutes or until heated through. Feel free to add some vegetables! Add cheddar and stir until melted.
