Hard boil an egg. Peel shell away and cut in half. Scrape or pop out the yolk. Mash the yolk and mix in formula, breastmilk, yogurt, applesauce or whatever you choose.

Crack an egg and separate the white from the yolk. Warm olive oil or butter in frying pan. Scramble the yolk in bowl with formula, BM, juice or whole milk and transfer to frying pan. Cook over medium heat, scrambling constantly, until thoroughly cooked.
You can also add cooked diced or pureed broccoli, carrots, peas, etc.
