It is beyond my comprehension how great a God it is we serve. He has created this world we live in, just by the power of his spoken word.
By his word we live and move and breathe and have our being.
By his word he holds back the hand of evil in our lives and unleashes the power of heaven to come to our aid.
It is beyond me that he would choose me, a sinner, to be his child and to fulfill the purposes that he has for me.
It is beyond me that he would bless me as he has blessed me with this amazing responsibility of being a mother and a wife.
It is beyond me the breathtaking beauty that he has created for us to enjoy, nurture and share.
His wisdom goes far above and beyond anything we can understand, and he knows exactly what he is doing. Who am I to question him?
I pray that my knowledge of just who God is and how to best serve him grows and goes beyond what I am able to understand day after day.
