3 cp milk
1/2 cp brown rice
1/4 – 1 tsp brown sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs

Combine milk, rice, 1/4 cp sugar, salt and vanilla. Boil on high, reduce, cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours. Cool 5 minutes.

Stir 1/2 cup rice into eggs. Stir into saucepan. Cook 5 minutes over med/low heat or until thick. Stir always.
