3/4 cp flour
1/2 cp rolled oats
1/4 cp packed brown sugar
1/2 cp butter
1/2 cp chopped pecans (opt)
1 can (14 oz) pumpkin
1 can (300 ml) sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cp coconut (opt)

Combine flour, oats and brown sugar. Cut in butter til crumbly. Stir in pecans. Press into 9 inch square baking pan. Bake @ 350 for 15 minutes.

Combine remaining ingredients (except coconut). Pour over base in pan, sprinkle w/ coconut. Bake 25-30 minutes until set.
