2 cp sugar
1 1/2 cp flour
1/2 cp cocoa
1 cp oil
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla

TOPPING:
1/2 cp butter
1/2 cp brown sugar
1/4 cp sugar
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cp flour

Combine sugar –> salt. Add oil –> vanilla. Beat 3 minutes on medium. Pour into greased 9×13 pan. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.

Cream butter and sugars. Add milk and vanilla. Beat in flour. Spread and chill.
