5 bacon strips
1 onion chopped
1 lb kielbasa, thinly sliced
2 cans white beans
2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
1 can chopped green chilies
2 med carrots, thinly sliced
1/2 med green pepper
1/2 tsp italian seasoning
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/8 tsp pepper

In a 12 inch skillet, cook bacon til crispy. Remove to paper towel to drain. In drippings, cook onion and sausage until onion is tender; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients, bring to boil.

Reduce heat, cover and simmer 45 minutes or til veggies are tender. Crumble bacon on top – add sour cream.
