14 cp rolled oats

1 cp coconut
1 cp sunflower seeds
1 cp wheat germ
1 cp bran (oat)
1/2 cp sesame seeds
1/2 cp linseed meal (opt)
1/2 cp pumpkin seeds
1/2 cp milk powder (after roasting)
1 cp oil
1/2 cp honey
vanilla essence (pinch if using powder, 1/4 tsp if using liquid)
(warm all 3 to blend together and stir into dry mixture)
Toast in moderate oven, stirring frequently. While still warm mix through milk powder. Add dried fruit, nuts, yogurt covered raisins, etc.
