1 1/2 cp quick oats
2 cp 1% milk
3 eggs
1/4 cp vegetable oil
1 cp flour
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cp maple syrup
1/2 cp vanilla yogurt
Mix oats and milk in large bowl. Set aside for 5 minutes. Stir in eggs and oil. Mix well. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Add to oat mixture, stirring until smooth. Spoon batter by 1/4 cp onto preheated, lightly greased griddle or frying pan. Cook until bubbles start to break on surface and bottom of pancake is golden brown. Turn and cook other side. Serve hot with maple yogurt sauce.
