1 lb french bread (or any kind of bread, I usually use raisin bread)
1 8oz container cream cheese
8 eggs
2 1/2 cp milk
6 tbsp butter, melted
1/4 cp maple syrup

1/2 cp sugar
4 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cp apple juice
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp butter

Grease a dish. Place half the bread (cubed) in the bottom. Cover with cream cheese cubes, then more bread. Mix the eggs –> syrup, and pour over top. Press down, wrap and refrigerate for 2-24 hours. Bake uncovered @ 325 for 35-40 minutes.

Combine sauce ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to boil and stir until thickens slightly.
