Lilli’s Hummus

1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed well w/ hot water
1 tsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp cumin
1 tbsp yogurt
2 tbsp tahini (sesame oil)
touch of salt to taste

Put everything in food processor / blender. When blending, keep adding olive oil or very hot water (1/4 cup max) until right consistency (should be thick, but not overly chunky).
